Most scanning projects ship in 3–5 business days. Full reverse engineering with native CAD runs 5–10 days. Rush options are available — flag it when you send the part.

We accept STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, PLY, X_T, SLDPRT, IPT, and 2D drawings in PDF or DWG. Deliverables include native CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion, Inventor), neutral STEP/IGES, drawings, and PDF reports.

Handheld blue-laser scanning resolves to ±0.025 mm. CMM-supported inspection on small parts reaches ±0.005 mm. Every deliverable is tied to a calibration certificate.

Yes. We accept incoming shipments with full chain-of-custody logging and return parts via insured freight. Onsite scanning is available for components that cannot leave the floor.

Every inspection report includes color-mapped deviation, a signed PDF, and GD&T evaluation against the datums you specify (or that we define together at scoping).

Mutual NDA is standard on every engagement. We support ITAR-aware handling on request and segregate sensitive projects on isolated workstations.
