A five-stage precision pipeline

Scan → Process → CAD → Validate → Deliver. The same repeatable workflow we run for aerospace, automotive, and industrial customers — engineered for traceability.

Repeatable, traceable, engineer-owned.

Capture

Calibrated handheld and structured-light systems capture the part at inspection-grade resolution. Reference targets establish a coordinate frame that survives every downstream step.

Process

Point clouds are filtered, aligned, and meshed into a watertight reference geometry. Datum features are identified and the part is registered to its nominal coordinate system.

  • Decimation
  • Best-fit alignmen
  • tDatum scheme

Reconstruct

Engineers rebuild the part as a feature-based parametric solid editable, dimensioned, and structured for manufacturing rather than mesh-wrapped over the scan.

  • STEP / Native
  • GD&T-ready

Validate

The reconstructed CAD and the original scan are compared. A color-mapped deviation report shows tolerance compliance at every critical feature.

Deliver

Drawings, native CAD, neutral exchange formats, and a signed inspection report are packaged with a revision archive ready for your PLM.
